Dr. Jason C. Charles, our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Consultant and Strategist, indeed embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship and dedication to both personal and societal growth. His multifaceted background, spanning various industries and educational pursuits, underscores his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. With over two decades of hands-on experience and a diverse skill set encompassing entrepreneurship, business development, real estate, training, and educational administration, Mr. Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his consultancy and advisement role.

His academic journey, culminating with his PhD, focused on entrepreneurship and commercial studies, highlights his dedication to advancing the field and contributing to the economic prosperity of nations. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of the West Indies in 2003; followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations from the same institution two years later. Additionally, he holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School (2013).

The focus of his dissertation involved investigating the internal factors predicting entrepreneurial success amongst start-up entrepreneurs that may lead to a reduction in the significant accumulated bad debt incurred by microfinancing organizations. By delving into these factors, he aims to provide valuable insights that can inform policy decisions and support mechanisms for entrepreneurs and microfinancing organizations.
